CARAVAN BAR HIRE
Our vintage caravan has been lovingly restored and renovated to become a bar to serve alcohol, or as a coffee and tea van with the addition of a commercial coffee machine. The van creates a great vibe and atmosphere at any party so if you are looking for that extra special addition to your next event then check out our hire packages below. We have a variety of different options available and are happy to customise a package just for you. And don't forget, we love to travel!

Perfect for the day after your wedding or event, rural and remote wedding locations where guests stay.
Includes tea and coffee.
*To add garnishes and mixers with the dancing at dusk, wed fest and cocktail packages price ranges from $70 -$120 depending on quantity’s.
*Any breakages or missing glassware incurs $4 fee per glass

Set up fee $150 3hrs ,if extra hrs are needed to set up it’s and extra $50 per hr
Vintage saucer glassware at $2 per glass
Extra yard games from $30.00 per day
Alcohol – all alcohol is to be provided by you

Power - unless generator is needed then there will be a $200 fee
Trailer for hire items starting at $180-$350 depending on length of time needed
Hard accessibility fee $150 - if your location is hard to access due to dirt/ gravel roads, across a ferry or a tight squeeze,and due to the vintage age of the caravan, we do have to take care. This does affect travel times if we need to find alternate routes and does take a toll on the caravan.
